What a month looks like.

One 90-minute strategy session per month, in person in the Tri-Cities or at your office. We pick what we're working on next and what we're killing.
Two to three working sessions with whichever team member is doing the actual implementing. Could be your office manager, your bookkeeper, your operations lead.
On-call between sessions. Slack, email, or phone. If something breaks, if a vendor calls, if your team has a question, we're here within a business day.
Vendor and tool selection. When you're evaluating a new AI tool, we sit on the demo call with you and tell you afterward whether it's worth the money.
Implementation support. We don't just advise. We sit with your team while they wire something up, and we stay until it works.
Quarterly written check-in. A short written summary of what we shipped, what worked, what didn't, and what's next.
