What We Cover

Topics, picked from the menu.

For workshops longer than 30 minutes, we co-design the agenda with you. Common topics:

What AI is, what it isn't

A 20-minute reset on what large language models actually do, where they break, and the difference between ChatGPT and a $300/month tool that ostensibly does the same thing.

Prompts your team will actually use

Email drafts, meeting summaries, contract review, customer support, vendor research. We write them live with your team's real documents.

Tool selection for small businesses

Which AI tools are worth paying for, which are free, and which are sold by people you should not give your credit card to.

Privacy, data, and what not to paste

A short section on what shouldn't go into a public AI tool, what the rules are around customer data, and what running things locally looks like.

When AI is the wrong answer

A list of jobs AI is bad at, expensive at, or risky at. We don't pretend AI does things it can't. Usually the most useful section.

Industry-specific examples

Restaurants, contractors, real estate, ag. Tell us your industry ahead of time and we'll bring examples that fit your space.
